That is a 1ZC33 or QDQZ0001ZC33, it does not cross to NTE but it is a 33v zener. Yes, that is a Sears model and I found this info on Sears website. The service manual is on the members area under (Symphonic) SC313C / (Syl) 6313CC / (emerson) EWC1302. If that zener is shorted I would suspect Q606 (2SA950 or NTE12 or NTE152) is also shorted. I have also seen it damage the vertical output or the resistors to it. This is caused by overvoltage from the power supply and is pften caused by cracks in the circuit board at the rear edge near the power supply.
