[TechAssist] Sylvania Television Model: STR2119 Dead

Make: Sylvania
Model: STR2119
This set wont power up all stand by voltages are there and when I try to
turn it on main voltages come up then shut down. This set is made by Funai
found a similar sams (4368) but it's not exact. I have checked numerous
parts cant find anything bad. Has anyone seen on of these before?
