[TechAssist] Sylvania TV/VCR BLows D1623 Zener SSC090 and others

For those with the Funia and sylvania TV VCR 's that blow the Zener diode
D1623 check out Q 1622 and 1624 I found them bad in the one I'm working
on, but yours could be different problems
