It is a '92 model, blue tube just can't be clean inside...
You'd better examine all 3 for contaminated coolant.
If you can see video in the blue tube, but it does not
blend with the other colours, either it is full of
algae or the emission is very low or, most probably,
both...
You did not tell us what happened when you increased
the G2 voltage (did you?)
