The 4273 is thinnner than the 4274 and rated at lower power, otherwise IIRC
they are the same, functionally.  I thought inventories on the 4273 were
long ago depleted.  When changing more than one chip using the same sink
bracket on the Mitsubishis we had to change both because of the size.  Just
good proctice to change both when an upgrade is available, as well.
