[TechAssist] Studio Series 42" PTV - Red Convergence off?? (Samsung Made PTV)

Make: Studio Series (Samsung Made)
Model: 42HD43A
Made: Nov 2003
Problem: Red Convergence is off, Red Convergence "will" adjust but is still
off on all edges of picture. Redconvergence is ok in the center. All Blue
Convergence is fine, just red is off all around the centers and adjusting
the convergence will not fix. This set uses (2) large STK392-040 IC's, all
solder looks excellent. Set is fairly new.
Any Help?? First time I've ever seen a TV made by "Studio Series". Research
shows Samsung made it but Samsung is written no where on the set.
