Larry,
As I understand it if you are not an ASC, you have to use the 900 number.
There are several folks here who do a lot of Sony work, so be specific and
we'll try to help.

You can order Sony parts from a number of distributors.  My favorite is
Tritronics because of the more useful search engine and pretty good
inventory.  I often order from them rather than direct from Sony to save
time and freight.
