[TechAssist] Sony VCR, SLV585HF, Dead after power outage, FIX

Friends,
 
This is for my own set in the shop.  We had Hurricane Dennis hit a week
ago Sunday.  We lost power until Thursday.
 
A Toshiba DVD and two Sony VCR's were on a battery backup.  After power
was
restored, the backup was toast along with the DVD and one of the VCR's. 
Needed to make several copies of a tape for a lawsuit today and found the
inoperative equipment.
 
Found Q101, 2SC2060 shorted and C213, 1000@63 leaky with high ESR. 
Replaced those parts.  Set fixed.

Now for the DVD...
