Problem: Unit will not start. Hit power button, unit tries to start, relay
clicks and HV tries to come up but shuts down right away. HOT is good, 135v
missing at test point, 128v missing at pin 1 of the power
regulator(STRS3601A). Voltage at pin 1 jumps up to 129v when power button
pressed but goes back down as unit shuts off. Any help appreciated. TIA!
