I checked everything I can. I have -29 volts on the emitter of Q951 and -56
volts on the Collector and -29 on the base. I checked D957 it is good. R955
was replaced it was open originally. I have 3.8 volt AC on the filaments on
the display board. I am assuming if there is -29 volts on the emitter of
Q951 then the -29 volt source is good?
