Customer choose not to have this unit fixed. Thanks everyone for your tips and Don for you offer to help off line. I also recently learned that the problem may have been a DC-to-DC converter on the clock module. There is a two wire test cable coming out of this module. The test cable should have 12 Volts on it and it did not. This DC-to-DC converter supplies the voltage for the clock display while in the off state, as well as a standby voltage that supplies the power supply module. I hope this information helps someone else in the future that may have a unit with the same problem.
