[TechAssist] Sony PTV kp-46s15

Hello techs.
I am working with sony ptv kp-46s15. The red color has problem. The line of red
is 3 times bigger than
normal .I can not adjust it by focus . Testing I know focus voltage is ok and
good continuity to crt.
I believe our group techs must had experience of this problem. Leakage or short
in the tube. But I do not know where..I have B&K 470 but I never used with PTV
CRT..
One more problem is picture will shrinks both side after 3 minutes of operation.
