Is the green centered?
Could you use the centering rings to "fix" it?
Is it possable that the rings have been moved?
Are the red and blue centered?
If it's out the same all over, it sounds like a
mechanical adjustment rather than an electrical
one.
Not saying that the eeprom couldn't cause it. I
don't know.
But mechanical centering would be a easy fix.
