The power module is a DM-6 or sony #1-235-015-00. that seems to be NLA (at least acording to partsolver, tritronics and sony, andrews isn't open on the weekend so...), which I would assume the FBT to be also. This customer was told by another shop it was a hopeless lost cause, but they insisted on getting a second opinion, said the last few times it failed was a diode, the only work I've seem done on it appears to be in the PIN circuit. Why I suspect IC651 is that it worked after pulling and reinstalling, did touch up a few connections elseware but nothing appeared to be the type that would cause the shutdown, and the IC module has some discoloration and the epoxy dip is cracked and starting to seprate.
