[TechAssist] Sony KV36FS12 overbrite/shuts down

Overbrite and shuts down.
Not in tips and I have no schematic.
It has a TDA 6108JF / IC1701 which appears top be the CRT driver for all
three guns. It has over 200v on one pin (input?) but only about 11v coming
out to the cathodes.
I think it is the likely problem. Can anyone confirm?
