Larry,
If you have a problem with your PIN out cct,
this will blown out your Regulator IC601.
Check and replace the following:
C532 (22uf, 50volt, 1-126-965-11)
Q512 (2SC4159-E, 8-729-809-29)
L511 ( 1-406-607-41)
D504 (8-719-900-26, ERD29-08J)
Coil L511 should run cold, if not replace.
