Hi James. I'll check to see if I still have it at the shop on a CD-ROM. I
downloaded here at home because I'm connected to a cable modem and burned it
to a CD, then opened it at the shop and printed it out. I had it on the
computer at the shop but it crashed a few weeks back and I haven't been able
to extract the info off the hard drive yet.
