Look up on Sony ASC web site says the SBX1694-01 crosses to SBX1897-01 p/n
8-742-025-10, it's a 98.16 part so try it at your own risk or be sure you
can return it if it doesn't look right when you get it.

Maybe have your parts girl try SONY direct accessory and parts center help
at 1-800-488-7669, if she hasn't already. They should be able to tell you
what, where, when and how much.
