[TechAssist] Sony KV-32V26, dead, any tips.

This set had a shorted HOT, and 2 shorted C4834's (Q601 and Q602) and an
open 0.1 ohm R607. Are there any factory modifications for this set,
and what causes this type of damage? The flyback rang good on my
Sencore and all caps in the horizontal tested good for ESR. TIA
