[TechAssist] Sony KV32FV27, Streaks in pix

Fellow Techs,
This Sony flat screen has streaks in the picture. Happened after a
lightning storm. Like "bleeding," but on this one it is streaks of
contrast. For example, if you were watching the title "Matlock," the
streaks would proceed all the way to right side of screen, the entire
height of the title. In other words, if the label were 1" high, a 1"
streak would be seen from the end of the label to the right side of the
screen.
I have the service manual, but don't know where to start.
