Try this:
D2002 at the front of the MA board near the 3-pin connector to the keyboard.
The clue
was pin 5 of CN2001 was at 1.3 VDC instead of 5.

Subject: [TechAssist] Sony KV-32FS13 OSD Channel Display Keeps Scanning

Hi fellow techs.
Have what I would say is an interesting one here!
Set comes on, locks to channel, however the OSD channel numbers just
keep on scanning! Like I said, the tuner locks to the channels and the
set yields a good picture and sound, but the OSD display keeps scanning!

Also, some of the bottom commands seem to be "confused".
I have unplugged the button assy at the top of the set, with the same
results.
Also, I am unable to get to the menu via the buttons on the chassis.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks for your input..... and believe me..... I need it too!
