[TechAssist] Sony KV27V10 2 Faint green 2 faint blue retrace lines changed all caps

Had to replace the vert ic tda8172 nice picture but I
have 2 green folowed by 2 very faint retrace lines.
Changed all the caps around the ic
c531,35,37,27.07,45,11,03,06. Some of these are'nt in
the vert. circuit. Any help please. Thanks Ray
