--- Hello: I saw a couple times, same problem KV27ts27. And I spent about a week to find out the problem,. Solder a piece of wire to the 9 volts, in the trc plate, attach - your voltmeter, and when you have the problem, you will notice, voltage going down, thats way, you see a picture going black. Take me advice, solder a piece of wire direct from the 9v main board direct to the crt plate. Good Luck J.L.
