[TechAssist] Sony KV27SXR10 No Color or OSD

Need help on a Sony KV-27SXR10.
No OSD, no color.
Cannot tell if color is at a minimum as no OSD means no menu to
read.
All voltages have been checked, including IC107, the 5v
regulator .
Replaced CX848, Y/C chip, no help.
Can anyone tell what is the pulse amplitude, at collector of
Q113, the horizontal pulse amplifier, getting only 0.1VPP.Sam folder does not
specify.
Any help will be appreciated.
