[TechAssist] Sony KV-27FV300

This sony tv has no video. Has hi-v but will not go
to other than channel 1. If you hit channel buttons
or volumes buttons it will switch between other video
inputs(game,vhs, etc) but then back to channel 1.
Remote is also inop. If you hit menu on tv it will
say channel + or - to program channels but will not
scan. Have no print. Anyone see this before?
