[TechAssist] Sony KV27FS13 Shutdown ! Schematic Needed!

Model : KV27FS13 New ...right out of the box ( 27" WEGA/VEGA)
Problem : Shutting down on startup. LED code blinks 2 times.
Scoping the Horiz Output collectors waveform , we saw excessive ringing &
static between H pulses. Figured the flyback was the issue. Changed
it.....no help.
A little more digging revealed D504 shorted ( ERC06-15) ....this is
paralleled across an identical diode D501.
Replaced the diode ( From a scrap set).....set fired up HV great......then
shutdown a few seconds later. Now 4 blinks! ( Vert failure)
Scoping the yoke pins...showed very little/weak drive. Changed the TDA8172
...used the STV sub for that.
Still no fix....cycled the set a dozen or so times while checking waveforms
the D504 shorted again !! UHG !
Odd for this set to be like this right out of the box. This set was
bought at a local casino with comp points....customer doesn't want to go
thru the warranty routes...he's willing to pay us to do it.
Is there any Sony bulletins on this model OR a PDF file someone could send
us for this newer set?
