Sony KV27F13 - Problem: set blinks fur times indicating vertical problem
Replaced D616, D514, D513 - all shorted. Replaced resistor R549
open. Changed vert IC 502. Replace flyback and it fixed the set.
Note: Interesting, I used my VA62 & TVA 92 to trouble shoot the
flyback. The old flyback and new flyback checked ok on the primaty and
secondary. However on the TVA 92 when you check US and UA, the old flyback
checked bad. The new flyback checked ok on the US, but not on the
UA. Flyback worked. Called Sencore - they couldn't say why this occurred.
Just said Sony's are different. It is one month later and TV still
works. Kenny
