Bruce I have a KV-27XBR65 (SCC-C60F-A).
I think the power supply is the same.
I can scan it you want it.

I checked the members area , this chassis is not there unless it crosses
to some thing else. It is was made in the U.S in 1990. If some one has a
print for the power supply they would share would be appreciated. There
is a relay click and 160 volts at the main power filter.No light on the
front panel. No B+ at the H.O.T. I checked the Horiz section with my
Sencore TVA92 OK.
