They don't smoke.  I cleaned the lenses but not the mirror.  I am going
to go back on Monday and test all tubes and rejuvenate if needed.  How
many hours are projection tubes rated to last?

Do they smoke?  dusty house?  Did ya check the lenses and mirror for
both?
Since all 3 go up to retrace, the focus block is probably good.  Look
into
the crts and see if they can even produce anything near a sharp picture.
If
not---weak crts probably.
