[TechAssist] Sony KP51HW40 Bad CRT'S ?

Customer called, pic is bright blue with white diagonal lines. Went to house
found TDA chip on crt socket bad. Didn't have one and Sony is B/O status.
When I get this part and return to the customer's house, what are my chances
that the CRT is the cause ?
