[TechAssist] Sony KP-48S65R Shut Down

We have this Sony KP-48S65 in for service. The set was dead, we found the
Horizontal output transistor shorted and replaced it. The unit fired up with a
tick sound and shorted the HOT again.We checked the blue cap on the collector
and it is ok.
Any suggestion or tips will be appreciated.
