[TechAssist] Sony DVD Player Mod#DVP-S360-dead

This unit has 165vdc on C110 filter but no secondary volts.Checked Q101=K2750
&Q102=2SC3377,also PC101 the optoisolator.Checked all diodes,transistors on
this power supply pcb.Fuses PS401 &PS402 on mains pcb are ok.Does this supply
need a start voltage from mains to fire up?Any help
appreciated...tia............
