[TechAssist] Sony CCD-TRV318 need error code

I have a camcorder that came in with intermittent
trouble. Customer says randomly won't work and shows
error code 31.22. Does anyone have the code listings?
I haven't seen the unit malfunction in 2 days and
thought the code might give me a place to start.
