[TechAssist] Sony 35" Fixed then Dead Again

Calling all Sony experts!
Sony model; KV35V36 had a shorted Horz. Output Trans. 2SC5148.
I replaced it and both 2SC4834 transistors and .1 ohm fusable resistor on
small circuit board. Set worked beautiful for about 2 to 3 days and then
when dead again.
Has anyone run across this before?
