[TechAssist] Sony 32", 1998 model, flashes green with retrace lines, shuts off.

This Sony flashes green with retrace lines and then shuts off. It
happens very intermittently. Can the fly back wrap (to isolate the
heater) be used with Sony's that have the IK biasing circuitry? Will
the wrap prevent the set from shutting off? Thanks.
