I don't think that this is off topic at all.
We all had a mother, and 99.999% of mothers are
great.
Even if she wasn't the best, no one deserves to be
treated like this one.
We have a Department of Human Services here that
could step in.
Surely, you have something like that.
If not, why not the police?
I don't know the whole situation, or your local
laws, but PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!
I wouldn't be worried about repurcussions either.
The up side would be that you just might get to
smash some teeth(in self defense, of course).
Go for it.
