I went thru this last week
when you get to the point it ask for 4 digit code
press and hold channel up and channel down on the set till osd goes off then
press menu 2 times
go into parental lock now and uncheck any items and setup new 4 digit code
am sending you pdf of owners manual for 13" set
see page 18 for instructions
