Leroy,

I took a look at the sheet for this one. It is possible for the mag fan to
run independently on this model. If you have no power to the the HV
transformer primary, then the path to consider is  the contacts of Ry1 and
the primry interlock relay RY2 which is controlled by a door sensing switch.
The door sensor is at the top of the stack. I have also seen burned sec
interlock switches at the bottom. Sometimes they are defective but test OK
out of cicuit.
It's rare that the contoller will be the problem but possible.
