[TechAssist] Sharp M# SC-7800AV; Need part help

Hi,

I've been fighting a CD problem with this receiver for longer than I care to
admit.

Now I came down to the thing I should have trried first. the CD mechanism
cushions.

This unit calls for 3 PCUSG0477AFZZ cuhions. Not in stock at Andrews, or
Tritronics. Can someone with access to Sharps website tell me if these are
still available, before I call the customer?
