[TechAssist] Sharp 32KS3400 - Instant Shutdown

The customer claims there was a horizontal line on this set (no
vertical), but in the shop it seems to shut right down. I'm trying to
find a schematic (this is a fairly complex looking set), but in the
meanwhile, is this familiar to anyone?
