[TechAssist] Sharp 25R-S100 screen not always full

Hi Guys, working on this $150.00 wonder with no schematic, originally
had approx. 1" black bar across the top and customer said it would
occasionally shut off by itself and he would have to un-plug to get it
to come back on, I never saw it shutdown at the home. I replaced the
vertical output IC and checked all caps around that IC, they were all
good. Powered up the set and now I have full vertical but the sides
now have black bars as if the set doesn`t have full deflection
horizontally, 1" on the left, 1/2" on the right, Varying the input AC
with a variac has NO effect, I cranked it up to 130v and down to 80v
with no change on the screen. If I adjust what I think is the B+ adjust
pot (R738) the screen will fill on the right and fill to within 1/2" on
the left and then shut down and I have to unplug to get it to re-start.
It appears to be drive not a regulation problem, any ideas ?? Larry E
