Is the static (center) convergence done via customer menu or by pots behind
a small door on the bottom (side towards floor) near the front? If via
customer menu, then you may be able to access convergence by entering the
following on the remote: Press and hold "menu" for about 5 seconds, till
display changes, then press 9 9 9 "Enter". If that works, it should come up
in geometry adjust mode. I'm at home, so I'm doing this from memory, "CC",
"prev chan" and "mute" (I think) select a color to converge, the number
buttons select a type of adjustment (size, lin, pin skew, etc. some buttons
will have a second function if pushed a second time) the arrow buttons
change the settings, "enter" reverts the current adjustment to it's previous
setting, "quit" brings up the convergence save menu (select yes to save and
press enter or no to abandon changes). There are some variations on this.
The newer projectors require a special set up remote, but this shouldn't be
one of those. The older projectors have a convergence adjustment panel
located under the bottom panel. HTH.

projection tv

Provision Elite 850.....manufactured by zenith.....ceiling mount projection
unit.....projects up to 12'.....question is, how do you set the
convergence?.....no menu functions or any obvious convergence board
adjustments.
