[TechAssist] Service menu for JVC AV32220?

To save the responses, I've tried video status/display(no) sleep timer to 0
then video status/display(no) set clock to 3.21AM the when 'Set Clock' turned
on 'Thank you' hit mute and up and down(no). The last was for units '95 and
newer and this is a 2001 model. Does anyone have another way to access the
service menu? There was no circuit failures on this set. It was a write off for
a rental place due to a loose shadow mask. Changed tubes with a Phillips 32D7
but had to keep the Phillips yoke. Just need to adjust vertical and slight side
pin. Using a new JVC remote, but it just ain't happening. Thanks for any.
