[TechAssist] Sanyo model AVM3689G ticking!!

This TV came in with only shorted HOT
replaced with 2SD1881 and C408 off hor drive transformer
runs great now 2 days on constantly, no overheating But...
when off can hear slight ticking from switch mode circuit
regulated volt is +130.1 when on and +92 when off
tried all caps in switch mode circuit but still ticking
Don't have exact schematic using DS31520 schematic
Has anyone got a fix?
I don't want to send it out and have it explode and come back HA-HA
