Remember there is 2 different Sanyo TVs with the DS31650 model numbers.
The chassis 31650-00 (Sams 3956) uses a STR3130 in the power supply.
This is the set the question is about. The other set with chassis
number 31650-02/03/04 (Sams 3967) uses a switch mode power supply and is
completely different. We need more info to help. Does the fuse blow
again? Does the relay close? What is the power supply voltage to the
horiz. output? John.
