Subject: [TechAssist] Sanyo Model # DS27630/Windex induced problem.

Does anyone here have the sm for this set that can scan the tuning
section for me?It came in with nothing but snow on screen. The 27v and
the 12v are at the tuner.I subbed the tuner but still the same. Two of
the tact switches were bad so I replaced them .The customer said that
her kid sprayed the pix tube to clean it and thats when it started the
problem.R106 is ok.On the tuner pin for the tuning voltage,As I scan tru
the ch,it will not vary in voltage at all.Stay's at 27v all the
time.Maybe a pll problem.Probably the micro but need to verify. Thanks
for any and all the help.
