[TechAssist] Sanyo DS31580 Correct HOTQuestion

I repaired this set on 3/18/04, and it came back
yesterday.
I replaced the HOT with a 2SD1880, and replaced the
STR30130.
These have failed again.
I don't have the schematic but looking at the
schematic fot the DS27580 I see a 2SD1879 called
for.
Same thing on a DS31650.
Will the 2SD1880 NOT work for the 1879, or have I
missed a cap or something?
