[TechAssist] Sanyo DS31520 (31520-08) sound "squeeky" and distorted?

I have not heard this yet, as it is still test running.
Customer claims the sound is not right after warm up. Sounds are
"clipped",distorted especially the highs ,so says customer.
Stereo set. Don't think both speakers are going bad at the same instant.
Any known sound issues in this model?
