[TechAssist] Sanyo DS-27820 3 in, picture (vert) with wave

I had one come in today that has a 3-4 in.vertical pic. with a 2 pulse wave
in it. looks like a filter is bad in horz. supply . I have checked all caps
and changed the vertical, but nothing helps. Has anyone seen this before and
can tell me something about it. I would also appreciate if someone would
send me a copy the schematic.
