Thanks for replying Dominic. I did check that voltage and it is fine. I
checked the voltages on all the pins of the tuner. They seem to be right on

Do you have the 33 volt supply to the tuner? No voltage will give aft
failure/misalignment symptoms. 33volt source is off of FBT thru R508
33k~39k, 1/2wt.
